SayTax is a digital bookkeeping and organizational utility designed to help independent contractors record business expenses via voice and image capture. SayTax is NOT a registered accounting firm, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or legal tax advisory service.
2. USER RESPONSIBILITY & DATA ACCURACY
The user acknowledges that voice-to-text transcription is handled by automated artificial intelligence (AI) software and may occasionally contain translation errors, inaccuracies, or typos. It is the user’s sole responsibility to review, edit, confirm, and audit all data entries (including Dates, Times, Amounts, Descriptions, and Tax Categories) within the app dashboard before exporting or utilizing the data for tax filing. SayTax is not an official tax record-storage or permanent legal archiving system; users are strictly required to maintain independent digital or physical backups of all original receipts, mileage logs, and tax documents.
3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
SayTax and its creators provide this software on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any warranties, express or implied. SayTax shall not be held liable for any financial discrepancies, missed tax deductions, IRS audits, fines, penalties, back-taxes, or legal disputes resulting from unedited, missing, or inaccurate data entries generated by the app's software or automated AI transcription tools.
4. ABSOLUTE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY ($0.00 CAP)
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, SOFTWARE MALFUNCTION, AI HALLUCINATION, OR INACCURATE DATA TRANSLATION, SHALL THE TOTAL MONETARY LIABILITY OF SAYTAX, ITS CREATORS, OR OPERATORS TO ANY USER EXCEED ZERO US DOLLARS ($0.00). YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOU HAVE PAID FOR AN AS-IS ORGANIZATIONAL UTILITY AND WAIVE ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK MONETARY DAMAGES, LEGAL FEES, OR FINANCIAL COMPENSATION FROM SAYTAX.
